Took off from Normanton in the early morning sunshine heading south to Cloncurry. decided to camp 80km short of the "Curry" in a free camp spot. Spent the afternoon watching the wild budgies in the trees and chatting with our fellow travellers. We even had the icecream van pull up music blareing. Who would think, this far out in the bush! Had a great sunset overlooking the distant mountains.
Ice Cream... yum. Just what the Dr. ordered.
