A bit of rain about today in Townsville, packing up in the wet isn't fun. Stopped in at the Tyto Wetlands and Info Centre in Ingham. It's a credit to Ingham council the parklands and centre are very good. Still raining we hope to do the Wetlands walk tomorrow is the sun is out. Drove west via Trebonne to the Ashton Hotel. They offer a great free camp behind the hotel. Nice grassy paddock with brilliant views to the mountains.

We joined a couple of other vanners at the bar for happy hour, then ordered a magnificent pizza to take back to the van to watch the full moon rising over the mountains.

Had plans to drive to Wallamin Falls today but the rain is still coming down in buckets. Took a drive into Ingham to catch up with free internet, thanks Macca's!
