Did a long stretch on the road today through Rockhampton and up the Malborough straight. Stopped over at Moana Caravan Park, Alligator Creek, just south of Mackay.

Off to Finch Hatton Gorge today. Booked into the Finch Hatton Showgrounds for a couple of days. Great camp site, very quite, open grassy sites and nice veiws. This is a good location for us to explore the gorge and visit Eungella National Park.

Drove up the mountain to the Eungella National Park this morning. Ferg did an 8km walk from Sky Window to Broken River. I drove to Broken River and went looking for platypus, no luck unfortunately.
